Delivery estimate

Delivery to supported English-speaking destinations generally takes approximately 10 business days from your order, unless a different estimate is shown before purchase. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

The countries currently available for delivery and applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout. Please check your delivery address carefully before paying.

Delays

Carrier disruption, customs checks and local holidays can affect delivery. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised time, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate and offer cancellation and refund options required by law. An estimate does not remove your rights if an order is delayed or never arrives.

Help with your delivery

If your order has not arrived around the expected delivery date, or you need to correct an address, contact support.anessa@gmail.com with your order number. We will check the order and explain the available next steps. An address change may not be possible after dispatch.
